I graduated from the University of Northern Colorado in 2005 and obtained my veterinary degree from Colorado State University in 2009. My professional veterinary career started in Montana at a busy small animal clinic in Great Falls, and in 2011 I moved to Missoula. I worked at the local veterinary ER and did relief work for other clinics in the area before joining the team at Missoula Veterinary Clinic in 2011.

My professional interests include soft tissue surgery and feline medicine, and I enjoy mentoring students interested in veterinary medicine. I am originally from Hawaii but love living in Missoula with my husband, kids and critters – we currently share a home with three orange kitties and a Labrador mix. In what is left of my free-time, I enjoy hiking, skiing, reading, spending time with family and friends, playing volleyball and more recently learning to play the piano.
