I grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago, Illinois surrounded by dogs, cats, and horses all of which played a role in developing a love for animals at an early age. My family and the love of the Montana mountains brought me here yearly as a child until I moved permanently in 2006 to attend the University of Montana. After graduating, I worked on multiple fire crews and traveled around the world which helped me to pursue my desire to become a veterinarian. I graduated from Colorado State University in 2019 and have been practicing in Montana and Alaska since.  My professional interests include canine and feline medicine and soft tissue surgery. When not at work, you’ll find me adventuring with my border collie x, Hatcher, and reading with my cat, Piper. I also love being on the rivers, hiking the trails, or skiing on the mountains.
