I grew up on a small farm in rural Maryland, raising chickens, horses, dogs and 4Hanimals. I moved to Colorado and received a degree in Biology from Colorado State University. I worked at a small animal hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado as a veterinary technician for several years, before moving to Arizona to pursue veterinary school in 2019. Following graduation, I practiced at a small animal general practice and urgent care hospital. After surviving the Phoenix heat, I moved to Missoula in 2025 to be closer to the mountains.

My professional interests include emergency medicine, ultrasound, and neurology. When not at work, I can be found trail running, backpacking, mountain biking or paddle boarding outside with my dog Jane Doe.
